Bethany Brevard Bio
Bethany Brevard is a wife, mom, entrepreneur, and award-winning children’s book author with a heart for creating faith-filled stories that help children see how little things can make a big difference.
After more than 20 years in merchandising and product design for Fortune 500 companies, Bethany began using her creative background to bring meaningful, Scripture-rooted stories and gifts to families. She is the author of The Mouse in the Hammock series, including The Mouse in the Hammock: A Christmas Tale, along with other holiday and faith-based children’s books.
The Mouse in the Hammock: A Christmas Tale was named a 2020 American Fiction Awards winner in both the Children’s Religious and Holidays categories. Bethany’s books and gift sets have sold more than 40,000 copies and helped contribute more than $25,000 to orphan care and children in need.
Her books are designed to help families bring faith back into everyday traditions, holidays, and gift-giving moments. Through gentle storytelling, lovable characters, and Bible-backed lessons, Bethany’s stories remind children that they are seen, loved, and created with purpose.
